PROJECTS

We bring energy, skills and passion to deliver your objectives and give value at every point. Here are some stories of how we used our strengths to make positive change happen.

DELIVERY               LEGISLATION IMPACT

The impact of new EU environmental legislation had been underestimated in this leading component distribution business. The objective was to over take the competition and assume Global leadership for sales and credibility in offering RoHS impacted products.

Working together with the head of Special Business Operations, Clare project managed the programme to change products, documentation, systems and processes globally to improve the RoHS offer.  Additionally, working with the marketing, sales and technical teams an innovative global, multi-channel campaign enabled sales of RoHS products to generate £50m+ sales. The client enjoyed global #1 ranking and in the UK won the prestigious Elektra award for the Environment.

Have you underestimated the impact of an external change?  Do you need to bring many different teams together to make a change happen? Need help - then lets talk.

Following two turbulent years at RS Components, the face2face half-day internal events attracted 88% of employees to engage voluntarily with the leadership on a personal level.

ENGAGE WITH ALL           FACE TO FACE

Working together with executive leadership team, Clare led the development of this pioneering approach. It was vital that the engagement issues of all the functions and teams in the business were understood, respected and influenced how the event actually worked and felt. It was a well executed and creative programme, that genuinely inspired confidence, achieving 97% good/excellent feedback, and a step change in overall employee engagement. The programme went on to be adopted across the organisation globally and won a Gold in the Fresh Awards for Internal Communications.

Do you listen to your employees? Do you know what will improve engagement? What impact does low morale have on what your customers think of you?

CREATIVITY                          INVESTOR DAY

The client, a global plc, held its first Investor Day in 5 years. Inviting key investors and City analysts, the aim was to instil belief in the business' Strategy and capability to respond competitively to a tough market environment.

Working together with the Head of Finance, Clare project managed the conception, development and production of what became an exemplar Investor Strategy review. The meeting was recognised with a Silver Investor Relations Award that “transformed investor understanding and perception, (through a) ground-breaking new format to IR strategy events”, and is still positively benchmarked against today.

How do your key stakeholders perceive you? Do you have the resource to develop and deliver an event to transform perceptions of your strategy for growth? Need help - then let's talk.

Pooh Corner is a retail and mail order business. As a result of major illness, the owners needed to step back. Understandable distractions had impacted growth and efforts to sell the business had been challenging.

ENERGY & INTEGRITY        TURNAROUND

Working together with the owners, the employees and the bank, Clare developed a strategy to protect and build the cash flow position of the business. The plan that emerged included a move into profit for the tearoom, a launch and profitable rental season for the luxury holiday apartment and introduction of holiday and special events to increase footfall and restore awareness of the Shop.  A strategy to re-market the business was created which in turn led to the successful sale of the business, as a complete going concern and included all the staff.

Could your business benefit from fresh eyes and energy to help you pin point what will restore you to growth? Are you making the most of your assets and managing your cash flow effectively?  Need help - then lets talk.
