Clare Ridley MBE is the founding director. She has a rich background in International Strategic and organisational development, from start up through to employee engagement and leadership liaison.
Her business is small, pulling in other specialists or suppliers to support her as required. Because she works from home she has low overheads, and her daily rate is very competitive.
She has lived and worked in 3 continents and was awarded her MBE in recognition of her value to British businesses seeking to develop in Japan.
